EScreenz™ is priced on a per employee or reasonable user basis* at the time of purchase.

Pricing Examples:
ABC Hospital has 2744 full & part time employees: 2744 x 10.86 = $29,799.84 ZR-OX Corporation with 6017 employees; yet 100 are drivers: 6017 – 100 = 5917 x 9.93 = $58,755.81

Annual Maintenance
EScreenz™ annual maintenance and support is 15% of license cost. EScreenz first year maintenance and support is included in the purchase price. For more details please see the EScreenz™ software licensing agreement.

Hosting
Hosting of the EScreenz™ administration system is available as an option for $1,500 per year. If selected as an option, the first year of hosting is also included in the purchase price.

Subscription pricing is only $4 per user per year. You choose whether to be invoiced monthly, quarterly or annually. There are no additional fees!

Pricing Example
1,000 users = $4,000 per year or $334 monthly or $1,000 quarterly.

*Employee count is determined by the number of employees at the time of purchase less any employees who could not reasonably be considered to benefit from using EScreenz™ directly or indirectly. Generally employees who access or see computers connected to the network are not exempt since it is reasonable to assume management may use EScreenz™ to address safety, quality and other issues to those employees. EScreenz™ reserves the right to evaluate and determine ‘reasonable user’.

**Minimum number of users is 1,000 to qualify for subscription pricing.
